A soft creamy goat’s milk cheese with vegetarian rennet. A full fat mould ripened cheese that will develop a full flavour when allowed to reach room temperature.

Produced on Nut Knowle Farm at their farm in Sussex using pasteurised milk from goats which are grass fed.
