Olde Sussex is a raw cow's milk cheese produced in East Sussex using unpastuerised milk from grass fed ewes at Kingscott Dairy.

This hard cheese has an open an bouncy texture.  Itis wonderfully deep, rich and creamy with a superb tang.  A perfect ploughman's cheese.

This cheese has a natural edible and is made with vegetarian rennet.
