Using brandy fro Normandy the apple based spirit gives the mustard a new twist and is superb with roast pork, sausages and some game dishes. Also use it in sauces with fresh creamto give a spicy, rich addition to many meat dishes.

This mustard is not organic and is produced by Barties Sussex Faire in West Sussex.  Local produce is used wherever possible,
