Onions Pickling 500g
Small onons for pickling. Pour boiling water over onions, leave for 10 minutes, cool by rinsing in cold water and skins should peel off easily. Shave the tops and bottoms with a knife and roll in salt for a crisper, chrunchier result. Leave overnight, then rinse off salt.
Put into a jar and cover with vinegar - any type, as to your liking.
