Lima reduced salt tamari is a superb all-purpose seasoning. It is rich, aromatic and full of concentrated goodness, but with 25% less salt than regular soya sauces.

Tamari is the name for traditional, naturally brewed soya sauces that are made without wheat. Lima tamari is made from organic GMO-free soya beans and is aged slowly to give a rich, smooth, and satisfying taste.

Tamari can be used for cooking as well as a condiment at table. It can be used to bring out the taste of pasta broths, soups, sautéed vegetables, salad dressings, marinades or when making stir-fry dishes. It combines well with rice vinegar, garlic, ginger and mustard.
