Orchard Farm is a wonderful farm in Sussex, where all of their chickens are kept in a way that exceeds the highest possible welfare standards. This is reflected in their eggs, which are beautiful.
These little pullet eggs are from young hens that start laying from their 16th week. The eggs are incredibly rich in flavour and are only available for about 15 weeks. As the hens become larger so their eggs become larger and of a different quality.
Eggs are from Sussex.
