Produced by Alsop & Walker and students on the Plumpton College Estate using pasteurised milk from the College’s herd of farm assured Holstein cows. Thus the students learn how to make artisan cheeses the traditional way, under expert guidance from master cheese-makers.
Woodside Red is produced in Sussex.
