Soft cow’s cheese with natural edible rind and made with vegetarian rennet. It has a creamy, grassy flavour and continues to mature for up to 7 weeks, becoming stronger and softer.

Produced by Alsop & Walker at their farm in East Sussex from locally sourced pasteurised, full fat cow’s milk from cows which are grass fed.
