Is there a delivery charge?
A delivery cost of £2.50 is added to each order. However, there is a minimum order amount for delivery when ordering either a standard or bespoke boxes.
Currently, all online orders have a minimum spend of £27.50. £18 of your total l order should be on fresh produce only, any wholefoods will have to be added after this amount.
What time do you deliver? Do I need to be at home?
We deliver between 7am and 6pm on your delivery day.
You don’t need to be at home. Deliveries are made by our dedicated delivery driver who works on a ‘round’ basis on a set day to maximise efficiency and reduce food miles. However, if you have a regular order you’ll notice that delivery is often at a similar time each week – traffic and weather permitting!
How do I place my first order?
You need an approved account before you can order with us. If you are uncertain as to whether we deliver to your area we recommend that you send us an e-mail letting us know your postcode. We will respond and if your address is within our delivery area we will let you know the delivery day. You can set up your account or send us your details so that we set the account up for you. In either case we need to approve the account to enable you to place an order. Once your account has been approved you can use online payment safe in the knowledge that you will be able to receive your order. Where will you leave my box if I’m not in?
Let us know where you would like your delivery driver to leave your box through the website when you order. Alternatively let us know via email. We are used to all sorts of requests! This could be anything from leaving your box with a neighbour, in a shed or garage, to tucking it under a hedge, behind a dustbin or under upturned recycling boxes. We’ll also deliver to your work place if this is more convenient. If you’re an existing customer please contact us, or if you are a new customer enter your work address details when you place your order for the first time.

Why don’t you deliver to all areas?
Although we are growing, we don’t cover the whole country. We do know other like-minded organic produce delivery businesses in areas that we don’t deliver to. Contact us if you're finding it difficult to locate a suitable supplier and if we don’t deliver in your area yet, please register your interest with us and we will let you know when we start deliveries locally to you. Some customers who live outside of our delivery areas have boxes delivered to their work address or to friends or family.
