Silky, subtle and light, this organic Acacia comes from selected beekeepers in Hungary where one fifth of the country's woodlands are Acacia forests. It is of exceptionally high quality, giving a crystal clear, delicate honey.

A low acidity level and high fructose content makes it a great alternative to sugar as a sweetener, as it won't crystallise or inhibit other flavours.
