Cauliflower Kent

Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamin C. Cauliflower rice is all the rage right now, alternatively you can use your cauliflower in stir fries, roasted or as a cheeky extra in your soup. Then there's cauliflower cheese, naturally. (Tip - add nutmeg to your cheese sauce!)
