Unhomogenised, pasteurised cream from our local dairy, Aldhurst Farm.  The cream is taken from the skimming process to produce the semi skimmed/skimmed milk. So it may be like double cream or single cream depending on the day.

Whilst not certified organic we are confident that John & Paula at Aldhurst Farm are operating to organic standards and we have built up an understanding that we will have regular discussions to ensure that we have the transparency that we require regarding animal welfare, antibiotic usage and chemical usage on the farm.
