Goodweald Smoked Raw Cows Cheese Sussex
A hard farmhouse cheese that has been naturally smoked over oak chippings by an award winning Weald smokery. This cheese has a natural edible and is made with vegetarian rennet. The taste is rich, full bodied and it has a pleasant toasted aroma.
Produced by Traditional Cheese Dairy in East Sussex using unpasteurised milk from the dairy herd at Kingcott Dairy which are grass fed.
