This 1-Litre bottle of organic sunflower oil is an unrefined sunflower oil from the first cold pressing. It is suitable for use in salad dressings and cold dishes, as well as for steamed foods. It has a smoke point of 100 degrees and is not suitable for frying, sauteeing or deep-frying.
